New and amended forms in KMPIMST Rules, 2015

Kerala Minerals (Prevention of illegal mining, storage and transportation) Rules, 2015 underwent amendments on 31.3.2023 and some new forms were inserted and some existing forms were changed. Following is the list of frequently used amended forms.

കേരള മിനറൽസ് (അനധികൃത ഖനനം, സംഭരണം, ഗതാഗതം എന്നിവ തടയൽ) ചട്ടങ്ങൾ, 2015 31.3.2023-ന് ഭേദഗതി വരുത്തി. ചില പുതിയ ഫോമുകൾ ചേര്‍ക്കുകയും  നിലവിലുള്ള ചില ഫോമുകൾ മാറ്റുകയും ചെയ്തു. പതിവായി ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്ത ഫോമുകള്‍ ചുവടെ നല്‍കിയിരിക്കുന്നു 

1. ഫോറം ഡി:  ഡിപ്പോ രജിസ്ട്രേഷന്‍ സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്  /Form D : Depot Registration Certificate 

2. ഫോറം ഒ (എ): മിനറല്‍ ട്രാന്‍സിറ്റ് പാസ്‌ /Form O(A) Mineral Transit Pass (Download word file)
